R5 000 landscaping vouchers for new homeowners, plus you're invited to the Eastlands Lifestyle Centre public open day

Post by: Eastlands Estate, 09 Aug 2017

August is shaping up to be a very exciting month at Eastlands. Not only are we giving away landscaping vouchers to the value of R5000 with all units sold before 31 August, but we are also officially opening our Lifestyle Centre for public viewing during the weekend of 26 and 27 August 2017!

Our Lifestyle Centre is one of our biggest drawcards, and one we’ve been eagerly awaiting as we’ve watched the centre slowly go up, brick by brick, over the past few months.

In case you haven’t heard about all the amazing facilities the centre boasts, you can expect three swimming pools (a heated indoor pool, and outdoor and lap pools), a bowling green, jukskei field, restaurant, coffee lounge, hair salon, beautician, carpentry and metalwork workshops, boardroom, vegetable allotments and a large communal braai area.

The Lifestyle Centre also features a Healthcare and Wellness Centre, with 6 dedicated assisted living suites that offer professional homecare services, as well as a 16-bed frail care centre that provides 24-hour frail care. The Wellness Centre also has a resident doctor, physiotherapist and pharmacist.

But why not come and see for yourself? Members of the public are invited to personally view all these facilities at our official Lifestyle Centre public open weekend, to be held on Saturday, 26 August 2017 and Sunday, 27 August 2017 from 8am to 5pm.

You can wander through the centre and see all these facilities in action, as well as ask our Lifestyle Consultants or the individual vendors any questions you may have.

Don’t forget, if you like what you see, now is the perfect time to sign up for your forever home at Eastlands, because all new homeowners buying a unit before the end of the month will receive a R5 000 landscaping voucher. That’s R5 000 to put towards your beautiful new garden.

Join us at Eastlands this month, and come find your place in the sun!
